And I&#039;m so pleased you didn&#039;t just say, &quot;Well the Alexander Technique will take care of everything.&quot;  I too used the AT but supplemented it with some of the same processes you used and that experience made me realize some important distinctions between structure and function.  The AT is great - it&#039;s generally my first choice in dealing with a physical issue - but I had to used other methods when appropriate.
