		<description>Jeanne -- loved this post and am newly impressed both by how you approach your healing process and how you articulate it1  I&#039;m reminded that the very sane and sensible docter Andrew Weil&#039;s preferred (and recommeded) form of exercise is &quot;put on some music and dance like mad&quot;.  Also, driving home from a trip to Vermont this weekend, Willa and I had a splendid singing session, causing Joe to wonder if we would all be more sane if we sang loudly every day.  That&#039;s certainly what I miss about not going to church.</description>
