I came across your blog today and found it fascinating and honest. It also brought back memories.

I'm an Alexander teacher and three years ago I broke my back. The recovery process was excrutiatingly slow, but it made me a better teacher.

Like you, I assembled a team of people to help support my healing process. I became my own advocate and even had an argument with a physical therapist on how one should bend forward!

I look forward to reading your updates and wish you the best of luck.

Your blog is one of the most interesting i've read on the A.T.

I can relate to some of your struggles with injury, I've been a pupil for 8 years, each lesson taking me a little further into the unknown. The technique for me gets to the core of your being like nothing else I have ever experienced.

Thank you Jeanne for taking the time to write about the many lessons you are still learning, with the ups and downs along the way.
